From A to Everywhere, a travel company that creates beautiful trips tailored to customer requirements, faced the challenge of streamlining their internal systems. They were looking for a solution that would enable them to work more efficiently and improve the customer experience.

The system we developed seamlessly integrates customer data, accommodation options, car hire and travel. It allows staff to automatically generate quotes and invoices, and put together tailor-made trips for each customer. Moreover, we have added payment management features, streamlining the entire process from start to finish. All this is supported by a user-friendly interface for employees that makes it easy to find all data through filter options or a global search function.

Also, automatically generated quotes and invoices are now sent to the customer at the touch of a button, and the customer receives a travel guide with all the information about the trip and accommodation 2 weeks before the trip starts. In which an automatically generated page is created for each trip, where the customer can view all the information about the trip from the comfort of his or her home.
